A letter from our founder...

Triple R Ranch Rescue, Rehab, and Retirement Inc. was founded in Yuma County, Arizona, in order to provide the community with a resource for rescuing and rehabilitating unwanted, neglected or abused equine.
Since Yuma County has a very large equine population and an active equine community with limited resources regarding the care, management, rehabilitation and rescue of hurt, sick, or stray equine, our organization offers a safe haven, health care, comfort, and a possible future for those unwanted and abused animals. For a number of years, Yuma County residents seeking help for abused or neglected equine had limited to no resources available for their rescue and rehabilitation. Now, they do.
By supporting and providing resources to the public, different law enforcement entities and government agencies, our organization of dedicated personnel completes the circle of humanity for horses by housing and caring for any seized equine in need, and searching for additional services as needed. Triple R Ranch Rescue, Rehab, and Retirement Inc. also strives to make the public aware of the current process of equine rescue and rehabilitation, which includes the aid of law enforcement in criminal cases.
Our most important mission is to provide a safe haven for horses that are unwanted, especially if an equine owner is no longer able to provide care for their animal. The ability for an owner to voluntarily turn over his/her animal to a safe haven like Triple R Ranch Rescue, Rehab, and Retirement Inc., in the midst of financial or personal difficulty, will help to prevent the whole unfortunate process of neglect from occurring.
It is our belief that the community will continue to support us in our mission, and in return, Triple R Ranch Rescue, Rehab, and Retirement Inc. will provide a much needed resource and service for Yuma County. We greatly appreciate all the support we receive.
